Sofia Mahmoud El-Helwa boasts a diverse background in customer service, administration, and entrepreneurship, currently serving as an Entrepreneur at oikaa since February 2017 and a Customer Care Officer for motors at Union Insurance since May 2016. In addition, Sofia is a Partner at Live Free Ltd, contributing to the business. Previous experience includes roles as an administration and HR assistant at LONESCO Consultancy FZE, where responsibilities included screening job candidates and managing employee records, as well as serving as a Customer Service and Sales Representative at Etisalat, and as a Secretary and Administrator at ELKADY Company. Sofia holds a degree in Communication and Media Studies from the Faculty of Arts, complemented by an American high school diploma from KGC.
