Marc Rowley

CEO/Co-Founder at Live CGI

Marc Rowley has a diverse work experience. Marc is currently serving as the CEO/Co-Founder of LakeOLabs.com, a software agency specializing in animation, web3, metaverse building, video games, and live streams. Additionally, they are the Co-CEO/Co-Founder of Project Daruma. Previously, Marc has worked as a Strategic Advisor at Wazuzu, Inc. and as the CEO at JAM on Main LLC Investments. Marc has also founded Tachyon League.

One of Marc's notable roles was as the Director of CGI and Production, Virtual Reality, Creative Services and Augmented Reality at ESPN from 1998 to 2017. During this time, they researched and invented the NFL Pylon Camera, created and sold products generating $450M in revenue for ESPN, and significantly reduced newsgathering costs while increasing output with ESPN mobile cameras.

Marc's earlier experiences include working as a freelance video producer at Rowley Resources International, where they collaborated with various production houses and media outlets, and as a video producer at Virginia Tech, where they worked with the football team and assisted with coaching cut-up films.

Marc Rowley attended Virginia Tech from 1993 to 1998, where they pursued a degree in Sports Communication. During their time at Virginia Tech, they also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications & History.
