Franklin Eruo, MBA, currently serves in investments at LivCor, a Blackstone Company, since May 2022, specializing in the investment, ownership, and asset management of multi-family properties in the United States. Prior experience includes a role as a broker at JLL from 2020 to 2022, a rotational analyst at KeyBank Real Estate Capital in 2019 to 2020, and an accounting intern at Sherwin-Williams from August 2018 to May 2019. Additionally, Franklin Eruo worked as a finance intern at Key Corporate & Commercial Bank from May to August 2018. Educationally, Franklin Eruo holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology and a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, both from Cleveland State University.
