Adilene Medina is a Capital Analytics Manager at LivCor, a Blackstone Company, since 2022, responsible for leading the annual Asset Preservation and ESG capital budget and reforecast process for over 300 multifamily communities. Prior to this role, Adilene spent 12 years at PepsiCo, advancing through various finance positions including Sales Finance Associate Manager and Sales Finance Senior Analyst. Adilene holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from DePaul University.
