Sadie Lennox (ANutr) is an experienced health professional currently serving as a Health Coach at Liva Healthcare, delivering personalized nutrition coaching through the NDPP since September 2023. Previously, Sadie worked as a Health Promotion Support Worker at Healthworks Newcastle, providing community education on nutrition and well-being in summer programmes. Earlier roles include Administrator and Assistant Health Coach at MoreLife (UK) Ltd., and Community Health and Wellbeing Bank Staff at Healthworks Newcastle. Other experiences include health and wellbeing initiatives at Food Nation CIC, reception management at 121 Waves, food product marketing at Intervino, volunteer work at Wansbeck Hospital, and customer service at Oxfam.
