Sylvia Gulledge has extensive experience in project coordination and administration within the construction and event management sectors. Since August 2016, Sylvia has been serving as a Senior Project Coordinator and Construction Administrator at LIV Development. Prior to this role, Sylvia worked at Element Enterprises as an Office Manager from December 2011 to June 2016, managing office operations for a general contractor in the multi-family industry. Additional roles include Account Manager at both Aristide Event Center and Tuscan on Walnut Creek, as well as administrative and accounting positions at the Arlington Chamber of Commerce and Ark Contracting Services, LLC. Sylvia's professional journey began as a Project Coordinator at Wilks Masonry and a Bookkeeper at Accelerated Concrete Cutting. Education was pursued at Modesto Junior College from 2000 to 2002.
