Lewis Miller has extensive experience in service management and training within the heavy machinery industry. Currently serving as Regional Service Manager and Training and Publications Lead at LiuGong North America since June 2013, Lewis has a proven track record of improving dealer profitability through effective training and parts programs. Prior to this role, Lewis held the position of Regional Service Manager for the Midwest at JCB Inc. from November 2000 to June 2013, where responsibilities included assisting dealers with machine and parts issues. Lewis began a career in the industry at Snorkel Lifts as a Regional Service Manager and Trainer from May 1986 to October 2000. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Engineering from Polk State College.
