Penny Nagel is a seasoned professional in the travel and tourism industry, currently serving as a Destination Services Specialist at the Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau since March 2001. Prior experience includes roles as a Travel Agent and Customer Service/Call Center Representative at SatoTravel, and as a Manager and Travel Agent at Travelink, where Penny successfully opened and managed locations in Gloucester and Williamsburg. Additionally, Penny held a supervisory position at International Tours and Travel.
