Garry Mathiason is a Senior Employment Class Action Attorney at Littler Mendelson, where Garry has worked since July 1972, specializing in labor and employment matters, including class action litigation and the legal implications of artificial intelligence and robotics. As a founding member and past board member of NAVEX Global, Garry has also contributed significantly to the field of compliance and risk management. Prior to their tenure at Littler Mendelson, Garry served as an attorney at the National Labor Relations Board from July 1971 to June 1972. Garry holds a Juris Doctor degree from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University’s School of Communication.
