Jennifer Tod has extensive work experience in the field of HR and education. Jennifer is currently working as the Global Head of People & Culture at Littlepay, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, they were the Head of People and Culture at Littlepay from May 2021 to May 2023. Jennifer also worked as an HR Strategist & Culture Consultant at Salple from December 2018 to May 2021 and as the Head of People and Culture at Ai English from July 2019 to March 2021. Before venturing into the HR field, Jennifer worked in education, serving as the Deputy Principal - Students, Staff, and Community at Balcombe Grammar School from February 2013 to December 2018 and as the Head of School Operations from November 2011 to February 2013. Jennifer also served as the Director at Abacus Learning Centre from 2012 to May 2018, Head of International Learning at Beaconhills College from January 2010 to December 2011, and International Student Coordinator/EAL Coordinator at Keysborough Secondary College from 2006 to 2010. Jennifer began their career at Ord Minnett, where they worked as a Manager Client Services from 2000 to 2003.
Jennifer Tod completed their education as follows:
- From 2015 to 2019, Jennifer studied at the University of Southern Queensland, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Strategic Human Resource Management.
- In 2006, Jennifer attended Monash University and completed a Graduate Diploma in Education (Secondary).
- From 2003 to 2005, Jennifer pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Arts at Monash University.
Jennifer also has additional certifications, including Debriefing & Coaching Accreditation and Employee Development Accreditation, both obtained in 2020 from Harrison Assessments Int'l.
In 2021, Jennifer began a Graduate Diploma in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Monash University. Additionally, in 2022, Jennifer started a DEI Discovery program at Tech Diversity Academy.
