Padmanabhan Anand has been working in the business services industry since 1992. Padmanabhan began their career at KTPL as a Director. In 2000, they were appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Wind & Water VFX Pte. Ltd. In 2008, they became a Director at Vincom Securities, where they were responsible for developing and presenting business strategy, preparing projected P & L and Balance Sheet, and co-ordinating research initiatives. In 2010, they were appointed as the CEO of IRIS Business Services (Asia) Pte. Ltd. and IRIS Business Services LLC. In 2012, they became a Director at Littlemore Innovation Labs Pte. Ltd. Currently, they are the President of IRIS Business Services LLC.

Padmanabhan Anand completed their High School from St. Xavier's Collegiate School, Kolkata between 1970 and 1978. Padmanabhan then went on to pursue B.Com (Hons.) from St. Xavier's College between 1979 and 1984, where they studied Accountancy, Financial management, Taxonomy, Accounts, Economics, Mathematics & Statistics. Finally, they completed their ACA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India between 1985 and 1988.
