Benjamin Roei Gurvitz is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Board Member at ProSomnus® Sleep Technologies since August 2024. Previously, Benjamin has held the position of Principal on the Cetus Team at Littlejohn & Co since March 2021, focusing on special situations. Benjamin's prior experience includes esteemed roles such as Director of Distressed Credit Trading at Citi and Barclays from June 2014 to March 2021, as well as Senior Vice President of Financial Restructuring at Houlihan Lokey from August 2006 to June 2014. Benjamin began a career in finance as an Analyst at Commerzbank AG and served in the Israel Defense Forces as Staff-Sergeant from July 2000 to July 2003. Benjamin holds a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University, where studies were completed from 2003 to 2005.
