Terry McDonnell is the Chief of Police at Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians since October 2021. Previously, McDonnell served as Chief at East Jordan Police Department from September 2015 to October 2021. McDonnell holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Fire Science from Lake Superior State University. Additionally, McDonnell completed the 4th Session at the School of Staff and Command at Michigan State University.
