Cole Hamilton has over 15 years of work experience in operations, supply strategy, and business planning. Cole began their career in 2005 as a Product Analyst at Jackson National Asset Management, LLC. In 2007, they took on the role of Associate Product Manager at Cochlear. In 2010, they became a Sustainability Mentor at Cleantech Open. From 2011 to 2012, they were an Operations Analyst at Udi's Granola and Gluten Free Foods. In 2013, they took on the role of Director of Sales & Operations Planning Supply Strategy and Director of Strategic Business Planning at Boulder Brands. In 2015, they became an Advisory Board Member at Empanada Market. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Freshly as Vice President, Planning and Operational Excellence and Director of Operations, and is currently the Vice President of Operations at Little Spoon.

Cole Hamilton completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado State University between 1998 and 2002. In 2001, they took a semester at Sea. Cole then earned their MBA from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business between 2009 and 2011. Prior to this, they attended Battle Ground High School between 1994 and 1998.
