R.E. Dalrymple has had a long and successful career in marketing and entertainment. R.E. began their career in 1996 as the Organized Play Operations Manager for Wizards of the Coast, where they were responsible for building and managing a network of thousands of hobby shops to run Magic: the Gathering tournaments worldwide. R.E. was also the inventor of Magic Player Rewards and co-inventor of Friday Night Magic, Magic's most successful community play program. In 2006, they were promoted to Global Brand Director & Executive Producer, where they had full P&L, product development, and marketing responsibility for new entertainment brands targeting nine-figure revenue across Wizards, Hasbro, and Hasbro Studios. In 2016, they joined Amazon as the Head of Franchise, Amazon Kids+, where they developed integrated entertainment experiences that kept kids engaged with their favorite characters across video series, mobile games, books, music, and beyond. In 2022, they moved to CCG Lab, Inc. as the Senior Marketing Director, where they were responsible for building and leading a team responsible for all marketing, community, social, event, and entertainment experiences for multiple digital Collectible Card Games (CCGs). In 2023, they joined Little Orbit as the Chief Marketing Officer, where they are the head of marketing and engagement for the worldwide video game publisher with a focus on competitive, online free-to-play products.
R.E. Dalrymple attended Juanita High School from 1987 to 1990. R.E. then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Journalism from Western Washington University in 1994.
