Ivy is currently the Chief Clinical Officer at Little Leaves Behavioral Services and also serves on the Board of Directors for the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). This was followed by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Healthcare Management from the Florida Institute of Technology, which they completed from 2012 to 2016. Prior to these achievements, Ivy Chong obtained an Advanced Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Manitoba, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.

In addition to their formal education, Ivy Chong has also obtained several certifications that further enhance their expertise. Ivy is a Licensed Psychologist, having been licensed by both the Florida Board of Psychology in January 2011 and the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs in May 2007. Furthermore, they hold the certification of Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D), which they obtained from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in June 2004.
