Froila Fernandes is currently the Assistant Director at Little Kitchen Academy, overseeing day-to-day operations of the Mississauga location. With experience as a Chef/Recipe Developer at Farm'r, a Sous Chef at Union Chicken, and in various other culinary roles, Froila is well-versed in food production, kitchen management, and ensuring high standards of health and safety. With a culinary arts diploma from the International Culinary Center and additional education from Centennial College, Froila brings a strong background in culinary expertise to their current role.
