Kristen Strevey is an experienced educator currently serving as Lead Teacher and previously as Assistant Teacher at Little Green Tree House since July 2019. Prior to this role, Kristen worked as the Adler University and Community Partners Liaison with Adler University from August 2017 to June 2019, where responsibilities included supporting Adler Community Health Services and conducting asset mapping in underserved neighborhoods of Chicago. Additionally, Kristen served as an AmeriCorps VISTA during the same period and gained experience as a Pharmacy Technician at HEB from July 2016 to July 2017, as well as a Childcare Worker at Harris Creek Baptist Church from August 2015 to March 2017. Kristen holds a Master’s degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from National Louis University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Baylor University.
