KayCee Perron currently serves as the Vice President of Community & Culture at Little Bipsy, where responsibilities include building and executing the organization's philanthropic vision by forming partnerships with community and national organizations focused on serving families. Since January 2012, KayCee has held multiple roles at Aduro, including Director of People Experience, Director of People Development, and Health & Wellness Coach, all aimed at enhancing organizational needs and empowering individuals through personal development. Prior experience at Nordstrom as a Learning and Development Manager and Cosmetic Counter Manager emphasized a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. KayCee earned a Bachelor's degree in Community Psychology from the University of Washington Bothell School of Business between 2008 and 2011.
