Marion de Bray has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. They began their career as an Assistant Juridique at Barthélémy Avocats in June 2015. In September 2016, they joined Decathlon France as an Assistant Responsable de Rayon, where they worked until September 2018. Marion then transitioned to the role of Responsable de Rayon and held this position until 2020. In 2023, Marion joined LittleBig Connection as an Account Manager, where they are currently employed. Overall, Marion has demonstrated a strong commitment to their roles and has gained valuable experience in both retail and legal sectors.

Marion de Bray received their Licence de droit degree from Université catholique de Lille between 2011 and 2016. Following that, they pursued Management général des Business Units at IAE Lille from 2016 to 2018.
