Bastien Barou's work experience includes various roles and responsibilities in different companies. Bastien began their career at GEM Junior Conseil as a Business Unit Manager from October 2016 to May 2018. Bastien then joined Portalia in July 2018 as a Sales Business Development professional, where they focused on prospecting and developing relationships with clients and partners. In July 2021, Bastien joined LittleBig Connection as an Account Manager, later being promoted to Senior Account Manager in September 2022. In this role, they assist clients in their search for intellectual services, manages the entire sales cycle for portage and sourcing offers, and nurtures the community of independent experts and small specialized consulting firms.

Bastien Barou began their education in 2011 at Lycée de Beauregard - Montbrison, where they obtained a Baccalauréat in sciences et technologies du management et de la gestion in 2014. Following this, from 2014 to 2016, they attended Classe Préparatoire ECT - Lycée Claude Bernard, specializing in Economie et Commerce option Technologique. Finally, from 2016 to 2020, Bastien pursued their DESMA (Programme Grande Ecole) degree in Management at Grenoble Ecole de Management.
