Mercy Wairimu has a diverse work experience in graphic design and customer experience roles. MERCY started their career as a Graphic Designer at Afterlife Photo Studio in 2014 and worked there until 2016. MERCY then joined Nabii System as a Graphic Designer from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Elgonet Studio and Communication Technologies as a Graphic Designer until 2018. Since 2018, they have been working at Little App Kenya, initially as a Creative Graphic Designer until 2019, then as a Customer Experience Advocate until 2021, and currently as the Head of Customer Experience.
Mercy Wairimu attended Moi University from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication. MERCY also briefly attended Arknet Computer College in 2013 for computer-related studies. In September 2021, Mercy Wairimu obtained a certification in Customer Service Foundations from LinkedIn.
