Randy Servancia has extensive experience in operations and production management, currently serving as Operations Manager and previously as Production Manager at Littelfuse since September 2013. Prior to this role, Randy worked as a Senior Technical Consultant for Beyond Thinking Consultancy Group, specializing in Lean Six Sigma and operational excellence from January 2009 to September 2013. Additional experience includes positions such as Senior Specialist and Senior Team Manager for Continuous Improvement at Shell, Continuous Improvement Leader at Littelfuse, and various supervisory roles in engineering and production at other companies including Bigmate Philippines Inc. and Monde Nissin Corporation. Randy holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas.
