Meenal Sethna currently serves as an Independent Board Member and Audit Committee Chairperson at SPX Technologies, having joined the company in October 2019. In addition, Meenal has been the Executive Vice President and CFO of Littelfuse since 2015, following a tenure as Senior Vice President of Finance. Previous roles include Vice President and Corporate Controller at Illinois Tool Works, Vice President of Finance and Controller positions at Motorola, and Director of Finance at Baxter. Meenal holds an MBA in Marketing, Management, and International Business from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Finance from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
