Albert Vidiella is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic management across various sectors, particularly in high-tech and electronic manufacturing. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Business Development & M&A at Littelfuse since February 2021, Albert has a proven track record as an Independent Advisor, where project-based consulting included sourcing M&A deals and advising private equity firms. Prior roles include General Manager of European Ceramic Operations at CTS Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed full P&L management and marketing activities, alongside notable achievements in business growth and operational improvements. Additional experience includes co-leading strategy practices at P3, financial controlling at Zanini Auto Grup, and co-founding Directori ESADE. Albert holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Esade, as well as an exchange MBA from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business.
