Kelsey Doyle, MBA, is an experienced professional in customer success management with a strong background in technology and marketing. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Success at Litmus since May 2020, Kelsey has progressed through various roles in customer success, including Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager. Prior experience includes a position in customer success at Toast, Inc. and roles as Senior Application Specialist and Application Specialist at MEDITECH. Kelsey began a career in marketing with a Social Media Marketing Internship at Madeira Real Estate. Kelsey holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
