Marianus Aji Bayu Kurniawan has work experience as a Presales Technical Engineer at Litmus since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a System Engineer at Asahi Printing Co Ltd from April 2018 to May 2022. Marianus Aji Bayu also has experience as a Technical Safety Leader at Procter & Gamble from November 2012 to November 2015.

Marianus Aji Bayu Kurniawan completed their Master of Engineering (MEng) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Toyama from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Computer Engineering from Politeknik Elektronika Negeri Surabaya-Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, graduating in 2012. In addition to their academic degrees, Marianus obtained a certification in New Ventures Leadership from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Marianus Aji Bayu also has additional certifications in Negotiating to Create Value: The Mutual Gains Approach from MIT xPRO, obtained in November 2019, and Venture Leadership from MIT, obtained in March 2019.
