Sierra Kohl is a Community Health Educator at Lebanon Family Health Services, with experience dating back to September 2021. Prior to this role, Sierra served as a swim instructor and lifeguard at Lititz Recreation Center since April 2017, focusing on teaching children swimming skills and ensuring safety in the pool environment. Additionally, Sierra worked as a Resident Dining Aid at Brethren Village Retirement Community from March 2019 to 2021, providing care and support to older adult residents. Sierra holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Elizabethtown College, graduated in May 2022, and is currently part of the Leadership Lebanon Valley Class of 2023 program organized by the Chamber of Commerce.
