Fabien Charbonneau is an accomplished operations manager and project leader with extensive experience in the technology and production sectors. Currently serving as Directeur des opérations and Chargé de Projet at Lithion Technologies since May 2021, Fabien previously held the position of Chef de la production at 5N Plus Inc. from April 2015 to May 2021. Prior to that, Fabien worked as a Métallurgiste and Chimiste at Xstrata Zinc between June 2008 and March 2015. Educationally, Fabien holds an MBA from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal (2009-2011) and a Master's degree in Chemistry from Université de Montréal (2005-2008).
