Bharat Chovatiya began their career in 2002 as a Litigation Technology Specialist at Capital Legal Solutions. In 2004, they moved to RVM, Inc. as a Technical Specialist. In 2005, they joined Kenyon & Kenyon LLP as a Practice Support DBA where they managed 1TB+ data for in-house native document review and developed a custom process to de-dup documents within and across custodians. In 2006, they moved to FTI Consulting as a Senior Director where they built and managed a team that delivered services in a fast-paced environment under time pressure. Bharat also traveled to China multiple times to provide on-site review and production consulting to a large corporate client. In 2016, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Litexn LLC, a company specialized in Excel file analytics, Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI) identification and mass native redaction. Bharat filed a patent for sheet level duplicate identification across non-duplicate spreadsheet documents and designed and co-implemented a software to handle native review and redaction of spreadsheet documents.

Bharat Chovatiya's education history includes a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology from 2001 to 2004 and a Diploma in Advanced Computing in Computer Science from C-DAC from 1999 to 2000. Additionally, they hold a certification in Exam 480: Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3 from Microsoft.
