Marsha Tait serves as the Director of Development at Franklin Food Pantry, Inc. since September 2021, while also operating Marsha L. Tait Consulting, providing expertise in nonprofit governance, strategic planning, fund development, and program development since 2008. Tait has held significant leadership roles, including Executive Director of LiteracyCNY, where annual revenues were more than doubled, and board member of Literacy New York, advocating for adult literacy across New York State. Engagements also include serving on the advisory board of the Goodling Institute for Family Literacy and various leadership positions within the National Coalition for Literacy. Academic credentials include an Executive Master of Arts in Public Administration from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University.
