The Head chef at Zambar, chef Vetrimurugan has over 12 years of experience in managing and leading kitchens of renowned restaurants all over India. With adept knowledge of South Indian cuisine, the chef uses a combination of traditional and modern cooking techniques to ensure diners have a memorable dining experience. The strong foundation of superlative culinary skills and overall management of a property was laid as Chef Vetrimurugan began his career with exceptional brands like Chola Sheraton and Sterling Holiday Resorts.

Prior to his appointment at Zambar, the chef has spearheaded the South Indian cuisine vertical at Mahindra Holidays & Resort in Masinagudi, Tamil Nadu. He was also the head chef at the very popular restaurant Kokum in Chenna. With his rich experience in the industry in varied capacities, chef Vetrimurugan aims to strengthen Zambar's positioning as the must-visit restaurant for coastal cuisine in India.
