Kathleen Grady has extensive experience in various leadership and management roles, currently serving as Chief Of Staff at LIT Workshop since August 2013, after holding positions such as Operations Manager, Director of Client Services, and Senior Project Manager. Prior to LIT Workshop, Kathleen worked at Marketcraft as an Account Manager and at Commercial Design Systems, Inc. in the same capacity. Kathleen holds a Bachelor's degree in English and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oregon.
