Samuel Ulloa has a varied work experience. Starting in 2004, they held an internship at Ford Motor Company as a Technology & Business Planning Analyst. In 2005, they became a Supply Demand Product Manager for WW Operations at Apple Corporation, and a Consultant (Product) at Xoom, A PayPal Service. In 2007, Ulloa joined Oportun as a Principal/Sr. Director, Head of Merchant Sales, and Sr. Director, Head of Sales & Service, then later becoming Director, Head of Sales & Service and Sr. Manager, Operations & Servicing. Ulloa also became Co-Founder, COO and Board Member at Rising Farmworker Dream Fund in 2005. In 2009, they served as a Guest Speaker at Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Member of Stanford GSB Latino Alumni Chapter Advisory Board. In 2013, Ulloa became a Consultant and Co-Founder, CEO, and VP & Head of Product at Listo Unlimited. In 2015, they were a Guest Speaker at UC Berkeley.
Samuel Ulloa earned their MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2005, where they studied General Management. Prior to that, they obtained a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 1999.
