Adam Burau serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Conduit Capital, overseeing operations, P&L responsibility, and fund management while directing significant investments in real estate loans for underserved communities. In addition to this role, Adam is the Director of Marketing for One Group Network, LLC, leading branding and marketing strategies for multiple companies and enhancing networking opportunities for real estate investors. As a licensed real estate broker with Listing Leaders, Adam has utilized algorithms to successfully acquire numerous investment properties. Previous experience includes a District Manager role at ALDI USA, where Adam improved employee productivity and managed revenue performance. Adam holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Miami University and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Michigan.
