Yang Wang has worked in the software industry since 2006. Yang started their career at Augmentum, Inc. as a Software Engineer, where they were responsible for the development of storage system software, multi-media apps and security library software. In 2009, Yang Wang moved to Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Senior Software Engineer, where they were a major developer for HP-UX system software, including Virtualization, Secure-Shell, LDAP, etc., and was responsible for maintenance and trouble-shooting for Linux Kernel/device-driver related issues on HP X86 mainframes. In 2013, Yang Wang joined Huawei as a Lead Developer and was in charge of a 30 members' software team. Yang was responsible for the deliveries of LTE-FDD wireless performance analysis tools and the overall development of LTE-FDD wireless performance analysis tool, including high-level solution functionalities design/development. In 2016, Yang Wang moved to Bank of America as a Senior Python Developer. In 2017, they joined Tower Research Capital as a Senior Python Developer and LiquidSky Software, Inc. as a Senior Director of Engineering. LiquidSky Software, Inc. was later acquired by Walmart.
Yang Wang attended Jilin University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
