Jennifer W. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jennifer started their career in 1999 at Target, where they worked as a Barista, Cashier, and Sales Associate for three years. In 2002, they joined the United States Air Force as an Aero-Space Medical Technician and Allergy/Immunization Technician, where they served for eight years. After leaving the military, Jennifer returned to Target and worked there for a few months before joining ServPro of Brazos Valley as an Administrative Assistant from August 2012 to April 2013. In 2013, they joined The Reynolds and Reynolds Company as a Recruiting Coordinator and later transitioned into the role of Sr. Corporate Recruiter, where they worked until August 2021. From August 2021 to February 2023, Jennifer worked at ORS Partners as a Senior Talent Consultant, primarily supporting FreshBooks, a SaaS accounting software company. Jennifer then joined LiquidPower Specialty Products Inc. in February 2023 as a Recruiting Lead and HR Specialist. Jennifer's experience includes expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment processes, and HR support.

Jennifer W. obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Allied Health and Medical Assisting Services from the Community College of the Air Force, where they studied from 2002 to 2009. Jennifer later pursued further education at Texas A&M University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Development, which they completed between 2011 and 2013.
