Mike Ysbrand has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mike began their career as a Programmer at Micro Control from 1995 to 1999. Mike then worked at Select Comfort as a Sr. Programmer Analyst from 2006 to 2007, and later as a PC Services Manager from 2007 to 2008. Mike Ysbrand then moved to United Hardware Distributing Company, where they served as the POS Technology Support Manager from 2009 to 2010. After that, they joined MAXIMUS as a Sr. Consultant - Systems Programming from 2010 to 2014. Their most recent role was at Jacobs Trading Company, where they started as an Application Development Manager in 2014 and became the Director of IT in 2015. In this position, they were responsible for overseeing all IT functions, including the support and development of technical solutions for the company.

Mike Ysbrand obtained a Programming Certificate in Computer Programming from Brown College in the years 1994 to 1995. Additionally, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster certification from Scrum Alliance in June 2015.
