Annie Woodworth serves as the Vice President, Legal and Chief Compliance Officer at Liquid Stock since September 2021. Previously, Annie held various legal positions at 500 Startups, serving as Counsel and Associate Counsel from November 2018 to August 2021, and worked as an Associate Attorney at O'Melveny & Myers LLP from October 2016 to October 2018. Annie also gained experience as an intern at the Centre for Policy Alternatives and Morrison & Foerster LLP, as well as a Summer Associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP and Chandler & Thong-ek Law Offices. Earlier roles included a Logic Game Content Developer at APPtitude Education and multiple positions at UC Berkeley Educational Technology Services. Annie received a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
