John LaBoda is currently serving as Chief Legal Officer for Cyndx Holdco, Inc., the parent company of Cyndx and CDX Advisors. Prior to this role, John held various legal positions at Carrier, including Senior Director, Legal, Director of Legal Affairs - Business Development, and Senior Counsel. Before Carrier, John was an Attorney at Nixon Peabody, focusing on areas such as commercial lending, mergers & acquisitions, and venture capital. John began their career as an Assistant to the Vice President of Global Procurement at Bausch + Lomb. John holds a B.A in Economics from the University of Rochester and a J.D, M.A in Economics from the University at Buffalo.
