Matthew Spencer currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Liquid Rubber Canada since December 2022. Previously, Matthew held the position of Chief Fulfillment Officer at Fresh City from February 2022 to December 2022, following the acquisition of Mama Earth Organics, where Matthew was Chief Operating Officer from February 2021 to February 2022. Matthew co-founded Office Grocery in August 2013 and served as COO until its acquisition by Go Java in June 2020. Earlier in Matthew's career, roles included National Logistics Manager at Anheuser-Busch InBev and Senior Consultant at Carpedia International. Matthew began their professional journey as a Field Engineer at GE. Educational credentials include an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University.
