Amin Nikdel is a highly experienced professional with a background in operations, engineering, business development, and product development. Amin began their career in 2010 as a Pool Filtration System Technician at Aqua Terre Aquatics. In 2011, they joined Queen's University as a Student Constable, where they were certified in Emergency First Aid with CPR Level A/AED and completed sensitivity training. In 2013, they worked as a Research Assistant and IT consultant at BioMotion Labs, where they developed functional programs to run experiments and worked with WorldViz to create dynamic worlds. Amin also co-founded RealTime Labs Inc. and PrepYou in the same year. In 2014, they co-founded SharpScholar, where they on-boarded 15,000 students and 20+ professors across 9 universities, amounting to six-figures of ARR in revenue. Amin also developed marketing, sales, and product feedback documents, as well as planned sales procedures and gathered customer insights. In 2016, they founded InteliStop Inc., a hardware and software consulting company that provides fast and intelligent solutions to clients. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Liquid Marketplace as the Chief Operating Officer.

Amin Nikdel completed a Bachelor of Computing in Bio-medical Computing from Queen's University between 2009 and 2014. During 2012, they also attended the Explore Program at Université du Québec à Montréal to study French Studies.
