Charles Passow has worked in the technical support field since 2012. Charles began their career as a Technical Support employee for Comcast, and then moved on to a Technical Support Engineer role at Wowza Media Systems in 2017. In 2019, they worked as an Operations Technician for both Apex Systems and Lumen Technologies. Charles is currently employed as a Technical Support Engineer at Liqid, a position they have held since 2022.

Charles Passow attended Grandview High School from 1998 to 2002. In 2020, they obtained a Cyber Security Boot Camp Completion Certificate from the University of Denver.
