Muhammad [Mung] Muliawan possesses extensive experience in the management and operations of retail environments, currently serving as Operations Manager at LIPPO Mall Indonesia since September 2017. In this role, responsibilities include planning, coordinating, directing, and controlling activities within the Building/Operational Department to ensure optimal performance and effective complaint handling. Prior to this, Muhammad held multiple HR & GA Manager positions at Lippo Malls Indonesia from May 2000 to July 2017, focusing on budgeting, manpower, training, and division activities. Additional experience includes roles as HR & GA Supervisor at Puncak Resort International and General Service Assistant at Lippoland Development. Muhammad holds a degree from UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, completed between 1990 and 1993.
