Ivonne Rosalind is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketing communication and mall management. Currently serving as Associate Agency Director at Prudential Indonesia since June 2020, Ivonne previously held multiple roles at LIPPO Mall Indonesia, including Assistant Manager and Advertising and Promotions Assistant Manager, where responsibilities included creating SOPs, planning promotions, and managing customer service relations. With a strong foundation in advertising and promotions, Ivonne has overseen event planning and tenant coordination at various Lippo malls, and co-founded a women's clothing brand, myFMN. An Economics graduate from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan, Ivonne’s career spans roles in account management and promotional strategies, demonstrating a commitment to driving traffic and enhancing customer engagement in the retail sector.
