Kendra Doerr is a Human Resources Representative at Lippert, a position held since May 2022, after completing an internship with the company. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Intern and participating in multiple summer internships focused on Customer Experience at POLYWOOD from June 2019 to August 2021. Kendra's early work experience includes a role as a Barista at Coffee Depot during the summer of 2018. Kendra has a Bachelor’s degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, complemented by minors in Human Resource Management and Public Health from Indiana University Bloomington, all completed between 2019 and 2023.
