Antal Runneboom is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in technology mergers and acquisitions. As Managing Director at LionTree LLC since April 2013, Antal oversees the technology M&A and investment banking efforts from the San Francisco office. Prior to this, Antal served as Managing Director at UBS from September 1998 to February 2013, where responsibilities included leading the communications technology investment banking efforts and co-heading the US internet investment banking team. Notable transactions include the LinkedIn IPO, Google’s inaugural debt offering, and several significant mergers and acquisitions in the technology sector. Antal holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science in Economics and Cellular and Molecular Biology from Tulane University.
