Dayna Chernisky OTR/L is an experienced occupational therapist currently working at Eastpark Care Center since September 2023 and continues to serve at LionStone Care since February 2021. Prior experience includes roles at CommuniCare Health Services from October 2017 to January 2022 and a Level II fieldwork position at Highland Pointe Health & Rehab Center in late 2016. Dayna has provided comprehensive assessments and interventions for both geriatric patients and children, developing tailored treatment plans to enhance functional performance and independence. Dayna's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from the same institution, complemented by foundational studies at The University of Toledo.
