Kaycee Holcomb is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in business and legal affairs within the entertainment industry. Currently serving as Executive Director at Lionsgate since September 2019, Kaycee has held various significant roles including Director and Attorney in Business and Legal Affairs. Prior experience includes positions as a Legal Extern at Abrams Garfinkel Margolis Bergson, LLP, CBS Television Studios, and a Legal Intern at Lionsgate, where responsibilities involved drafting and revising legal documents. Kaycee also completed a Summer Law Clerk position at the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, focusing on case law research and drafting legal motions. Earlier roles include a Legal Assistant at Caine & Weiner, and internships that developed foundational legal skills. Kaycee holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Law and Society from UC Irvine and completed legal education at Southwestern Law School.
