Jana-Lynn Louis, MPH, CSM, is an accomplished senior project manager with a strong background in operational optimization and program management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Project Manager for Transformation at Lionsgate, Jana-Lynn enhances productivity and cost-efficiency within the Motion Picture Group while developing training resources for staff. As the Founder and Creative Lead at Jokaby Jean Studio, Jana-Lynn aids entrepreneurs in digital communication and marketing strategies. Previous roles include establishing the Project Management Office at the University of Southern California, managing significant funding portfolios at Greater Washington Community Foundation and HCM Strategists, and overseeing multi-year projects at the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute. Jana-Lynn's early career involved conducting key research at The Johns Hopkins University.
